The first flavor I taste is a full but dry leather. The leather has a mild metallic flavor to it. After an inch there is a mild chocolaty after taste. Halfway I get some wood and that keeps me company till I reach the turning point.

As always with perfectos I have some crooked burn in the beginning, but once that is corrected, the burn and the draw are flawless. The ash is quite dark and firm, and the amount of smoke is fantastic.

Would I buy this cigar again? I don’t know. This cigar leaves me confused, although, except from the mild flavors, I can’t think of anything that makes me not want to smoke this again, I also can’t think of anything that makes want to smoke it again.

I can taste coffee with pepper and just a hint of cacao. The pepper is a bit sticky on the palate. Along the way, the pepper and cacao fade away while the coffee stays and some earthy tones appear. At the end, chocolate accompanies the coffee flavor

This cigar gives me lots of smoke, unfortunately the draw is too easy. The burn is good and the ash is white.

Would I buy this cigar again? Yes, I liked it

I taste full, almost Cuban, leather, spicy and full. After about half an inch a woody flavor accompanies the leather with a chocolaty taste on the background. When the chocolate disappears sweetness shows up. The sweetness is replaced by pepper for the final few puffs.

The smoke is full. The burn starts crooked but it gets better with every puff. The ash started dark but turns lighter the closer I get to the turning point.

The walnut case it is in on this picture was a gift from Mark @ cigarmony and the cigar itself was a gift from my friend Tobii

After lighting I really had to think “what’s that flavor?”. I mean, there was plenty of flavor but I could not name it other than earthy flavors with a leathery undertone. The flavors had a dark feel to it, like a real winter cigar. The cigar grows in strength and at a certain moment a surprisingly pleasant metallic flavor shows up for a little while, a flavor I don’t particularly like but it wasn’t bad at all. Later on I got some nutty flavors on my palate and a soft light chocolate flavor which faded away quickly. The nuttiness stays until the end of the cigar when it is accompanied by some toast and white pepper.

This is a medium strength cigar but with lots of flavor. There was enough smoke and the ash was quite strong. I do seem to have burning issues with figurados and perfectos though.

Would I buy this cigar again? Yes!

This Dominican 5 ¼ x 52 robusto has a nice light colored smooth silky wrapper. The cigar has a mild aroma of dry straw & hay. The predraw is good and gives me a dry, mild spicy wood flavor. The cigar feels well constructed.

I taste a cedar flavor with a dry structure. On the background, far on the background, I can also taste a dry milky chocolate. The chocolate is hard to discover. After an inch I also get a dry grass/hay flavor through the cedar. The flavors slowly come together until they are quite well balanced. There is also a floral flavor noticeable.

Halfway the cedar and the chocolate grow a bit in strength but the flavors are still medium at most. This cigar is quite one dimensional but consistent. It would make a nice morning or lunch cigar. I paid 8.50 euro for this cigar

The amount of smoke is mediocre and it is quite thin. The ash is medium gray and quite firm. The burn and draw are good. This is a medium flavored and mild to medium bodied cigar.

Would I buy this cigar again? No, I would smoke it though it someone gave it to me, it’s not a bad cigar and I enjoyed it, but I think these are sold out and if not I can get better cigars in the same price range.
